six8s Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "six8s", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the six8s platform at six8s.bet, duly licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the six8s website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services, games, sports betting products, and account management facilities accessible at six8s.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered individual who accesses or uses the six8s Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the six8s Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process six8s conducts in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency denomination used for all Account balances and transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by six8s's licensing conditions.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through six8s, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the six8s Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and six8s. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

3.1 Age Requirement

six8s conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Players may be requested to submit documentary proof of age at any time. Access to withdrawal facilities is suspended pending successful completion of age verification.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The six8s Platform is operated under an international gaming licence and is made available to players in territories where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. six8s makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific territory.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a valid six8s Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of six8s or any of its technology or game providers.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the six8s Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, six8s reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus credits, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. six8s will never request your password via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify six8s of unauthorised access.

You must notify six8s support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all personal information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change — in particular your registered Pakistani mobile number, which is used for OTP-based authentication and security alerts.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

six8s reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal facilities.

4.4 Account Currency

All six8s Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bet amounts, and winnings are displayed and processed in PKR. six8s does not charge currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing charges, which are beyond six8s's control.

six8s accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and Account verification status.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• six8s does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any transaction fees applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
• six8s reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Failed deposits should be reported to six8s support within 72 hours. six8s accepts no liability for deposits sent to incorrect payment details provided by the Player.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC verification, including age verification, is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method as published in the Payments section of the Platform.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours, and within a reasonable time outside business hours.
• six8s does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Third-party provider fees remain the Player's responsibility.
• six8s reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

6.1 Bonus Balance and Withdrawals

Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The exact wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money balance and Bonus balance are tracked separately; only cleared real-money balance may be withdrawn.

six8s offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Bonuses not met within the specified timeframe will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are published in the Platform's Bonus Terms section.
• six8s reserves the right to set maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during an active bonus period may be voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

7.2 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If a Player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is applied to their Account and wagering requirements have not been met, six8s reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount and any associated bonus winnings from the Account balance before processing the withdrawal.

8.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the six8s Platform are supplied by licensed game providers whose Random Number Generators have been independently certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG processes and are not influenced by six8s or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and sourced from the respective game providers.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets at six8s, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, UFC, and other sports, are governed by the six8s Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In all matters of sports bet settlement, the six8s Sports Betting Rules take precedence. Bets are accepted subject to minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each market.

8.3 Bet Acceptance

six8s reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed as a result of system errors, manifest odds errors, or where six8s reasonably suspects collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities. In the event of a manifest odds error, six8s reserves the right to settle affected bets at the correct odds or to void the relevant bets in their entirety.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, six8s will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Player's Account. six8s's liability in the event of a technical malfunction is limited to the return of the stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six8s Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any third party to access your Account or conduct gaming activity on your behalf.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, including game logic errors or display errors.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith on deposits made to the Platform.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six8s staff, support agents, or other Players.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all six8s Players directly from their Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. six8s will notify you when your session limit is approaching and can automatically log you out upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which you cannot log in or deposit. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent Account closure for a minimum period of 6 months, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not re-register a new Account during their exclusion period.

All content on the six8s Platform — including but not limited to the six8s brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of six8s or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without six8s's prior written consent.
• Use any six8s trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of six8s intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six8s's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

six8s shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond six8s's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, network failures, acts of God, or regulatory actions.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits six8s's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their six8s Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after all pending transactions have been settled and KYC verification requirements are met. Account closure requests initiated as part of a self-exclusion programme are handled under the Responsible Gaming terms in Section 10.

13.2 Termination by six8s

six8s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Conduct that six8s reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.
• Regulatory instruction or direction from the relevant licensing authority.

Upon Account closure by six8s for breach of Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account shall be forfeited. Real-money balances above the deposited amount may also be subject to review and withholding pending investigation.

six8s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, a minimum of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect — except where changes are required on shorter notice for regulatory compliance or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of six8s's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or any transaction on the Platform shall be submitted to six8s's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

15.1 Complaints Procedure

2. six8s will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.
